Invitalia Innovation Roadshow L’Aquila 2023

Stefano Cucchiella, from CanaryBit (Sweden) presented the HARPOCRATES project and main ideas behind the project on the Invitalia Innovation Roadshow held in L’Aquila,Italy on 28.3.2023.
The event showcased research and innovation activities in the field of information technology with a particular focus on cybersecurity. The aim of the event was to highlight the opportunities provided by the Italian Ministry of the Economic Development, the incentives, and the accompanying services of Invitalia, to support startups with a specific focus on cybersecurity. Attendees included experts from the scientific community in electronics, telecommunications, computer science, and cybersecurity, as well as representatives from EU initiatives and associations, the Italian Ministry of the Economic Development, local municipality, and local university.
As a large part of the research work in HARPOCRATES is related to cyber security, this was a great opportunity for Stefano to present the cutting-edge concepts which are the part of the Harpocrates platform for data sharing and processing.
The event was promoted by the Ministry of Enterprise and Made in Italy and was covered by national and local TV channels and newspapers. The Invitalia Innovation Roadshow was financed with REACT-EU resources from the PON Enterprises and Competitiveness of the “Innovative Entrepreneurship” project, which includes promotion, orientation, and networking actions based on the guidelines of the 2030 Agenda. The event was organized in collaboration with the Municipality and the CTE Sicura, one of the six innovation venues dedicated to technology transfer, financed through the MIMIT tender.
